Restoration Process

Each valve cover undergoes an extensive preparation process before coating:

• Thoroughly degreased and triple cleaned
• Oven heat-treated to eliminate trapped oils and contaminants
• Chemically stripped to bare aluminum without abrasive blasting to preserve the original casting
• Carefully cleaned inside and out
• All gasket surfaces, threaded holes, and sealing areas are precisely masked before coating
