Each cover goes through a rigorous cleaning process: it’s triple-washed, heat-treated in an oven to remove contaminants, and then uniformly media blasted to create the perfect surface for powder coating. Every bit of blasting media is carefully and thoroughly removed before coating, ensuring a spotless interior. Critical areas are masked off to protect essential surfaces during the coating process.

Finished in Hawaiian Blue powder coat, this isn’t just for looks—it’s built to last. Unlike traditional spray paint, the powder coat is highly durable, heat-resistant, and won’t chip, fade, or peel over time.
